
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact Lacrosse Unlimited at 800-366-5299 prior to all returns.
Return/Exchange Policy applies to Lacrosse Unlimited custom apparel and accessories only. Returns/Exchanges have no time limit but must be un-used in original packaging.
Exchanges are accepted in all 13 Retail Locations with web receipt and/or your credit card statement. Please understand inventories vary from location to location.
All Returns for a Refund must be processed via mail delivery to our web headquarters located at 363 Nesconset Highway, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Individual retail locations do not accept returns for a refund due to online order credit card processing guidelines. Please allow 14 business days for processing.

Lacrosse Unlimited suggests shipping packages trackable delivery and we can not be responsible for packages until signed by Lacrosse Unlimited employee. Lacrosse Unlimited reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges and errors.
All EQUIPMENT warranty issues are handled directly by the specific manufacturer (See Warranties section on right-side nav bar).
